Talk to us

Most agencies can hang a banner. Fewer can fabricate a booth, run 3D projection mapping in Mumbai on top of it, and cut the aftermovie before the venue lights come back on. We do it as one job: events and IPs, fabrication, projection mapping, event coverage and the films that carry the moment past the people who were actually in the room.

What we build and run

We run events end to end, not just the day of:

  • Concept and design for booths, activations and branded spaces.

  • Fabrication, built and finished in-house.

  • 3D projection mapping, mapped to the structure, not a flat screen bolted on.

  • Event coverage: photography and multi-camera video through the day.

  • Aftermovies and recap films, cut fast enough to still matter.

If your brand runs its own IP, a festival, a founder’s day, a members’ event, we can own it edition on edition, not just show up once.

Where we work

Builds happen out of our own studio and workshop in Malad West, Mumbai, and on-site at the venue for install and the shoot itself, with cinema-line cameras and equipment we own. We travel across India for builds and coverage when the event needs it.

Why TTS

For GIA, we designed and built a booth in about a week, concept to install, with the projection mapping running before the doors opened. For Sony YAY!, we’ve worked on Get Set Yay, the kind of branded IP that needs a studio comfortable with both fabrication and film, because the booth is only half the job.

The other half is what people see afterwards: on a feed, in an aftermovie, days after the lights come down. That’s where most event vendors stop. We don’t. Growth is a RACE. We run all four legs, and an event built right moves two of them in one night: Reach, a room full of people who notice you, plus everyone who sees the aftermovie after; and Expand, the moment that turns a customer into someone who comes back next year.

How it works

  1. Send your brief by the 20th: what the event needs to do, the venue, the date.

  2. We plan the concept, fabrication and mapping, and lock the calendar by the 25th.

  3. You approve the design and plan by the 28th.

  4. We build, install and run the event, mostly between the 1st and the 7th when it sits inside a retainer month.

  5. Coverage and the aftermovie land on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 28th as they’re ready.

  6. A report on the 5th shows how the event performed.

FAQ

What is 3D projection mapping, and do you need a flat wall for it?

No. We map light onto whatever the structure actually is: a booth, a building face, an irregular set. That’s the difference between projection mapping and just playing a video on a screen.

Can you fabricate the booth or set as well as map it?

Yes, in-house. Design, fabrication and projection mapping come from the same team, so the mapping is planned into the structure from day one, not fitted on afterwards.

Do you cover the event itself, or only the mapping?

Both. We shoot event coverage through the day and cut an aftermovie, using cinema-line cameras and equipment we own.

Can you run our event or IP year on year, not just once?

Yes, that’s the model we like best. Get Set Yay for Sony YAY! runs this way: the same team returns each edition, so the brand isn’t re-briefing a new vendor every year.

How much does an event or projection-mapping project cost?

We provide customized packages for ongoing events and IP work. A single build and event is quoted after the first call, based on scope.
